I have stayed at several cabins throughout the Georgia Mountains and have to say that this is by far, the most beautiful and peaceful and well kept cabin that I have been to. I was captured by the creek in the back.   The rain and the bad weather that we had over the weekend added an extra touch of romance to the setting. The cold weather was the perfect reason to have the fireplace stocked with logs. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and it made every ache and pain just seem to go away. Although the cabin was not too far from my house in Woodstock, I truly felt that I was on a far, far getaway that ended too soon. As much as I would like to keep this as a "Well Kept Secret" to myself, I have already recommended your cabin to several friends. I hope to visit again - soon. Thank you again for your wonderful accommodations and comfort. It was a "Home away from Home" with a little extra touch!

Bruce Lower Hutt, New Zealand Coming from New Zealand, this place is a totally different environment for us, and we found it absolutely delightful.  We did not expect a cabin to be so luxurious.  We thought it would be perhaps a bit primitive -- bunks, water-pumps, etc. -- but were delighted to find it so attractive and convenient. 
We enjoyed walking on a little bit of the Appalachian Trail to Long Falls and were most impressed with Blue Ridge Lake.  The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant is worth a visit, especially for the trout.
We had a great time with most hospitable people, but no bears! no snakes!  What a disappointment since we have neither in New Zealand.
Doherty Alpharetta, GA Loved the cabin and its surroundings -- Our dog had a blast chasing shadows in the forests.  Really enjoyed the quiet sounds by the creek from the back porch and the great hiking trails around the area.  Thanks for the hospitality.

Shotwell Pt. Charlotte, FL -- This is the best vacation I have had.  I made a fire every night and watched the TV, movies and listened to the CDs that are here.  We have cooked meals here as well as enjoyed restaurants nearby.  I read a book and spent countless hours in the hammock listening to the brook.  Great place.
-- We enjoyed many activities such as the ATV Tour, whitewater rafting, horse-back riding and shopping.  We felt at home, very relaxed.  The cabin is very clean, even the fan-blades!  It was good to relax and enjoy the cabin and area.  You will definitely see us next year!  Thanks!

Marcus Coral Springs, FL This has been the most relaxing vacation we've ever had.  We have never been in a cabin before -- yours is just wonderful, almost too nice to be a rental!  We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the wonderful creek.  Your backyard setting is beautiful.  I especially like the big tree right off the deck with the unique bird houses (I thought one was a big pine cone).  My son enjoyed fishing in the backyard and down by the pavilion.  There wasn't anything we needed in the cabin.  Very spacious.  We noticed one of your stones in the fireplace is a fish in keeping with the fishing theme of your cabin.  We are already making plans to return.  The week went by too quickly.  Thanks.

Obrart Longwood, FL Wow!  This place is amazing .... what a gorgeous cabin with everything imaginable included!  My whole family had a wonderful experience (so did our doggie companions, it's probably the best exercise they've had).  This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.  It's truly beautiful.

Hawkins Atlanta, GA We picked the perfect weekend to spend in the mountains as a quick getaway from the city.  Our 2-year old daughter and 11-year old Golden Retriever have had a ball playing here at your cabin in the woods and in the stream.  With lows in the 30's we made use of the fireplace and will definitely be back after baby #2 arrives.
Yavorka Woodstock, GA Perfect retreat for a 13-year anniversary.  We will definitely be back.

Connolly Tampa, FL What a great cabin!  We didn't lack a thing.  Tropical Storm Bill kept us housebound with no satellite for 2-days.  Thank you for your supply of books, games and movies.
Recommendations:
1.  Horseback riding at Blanche Manor -- spectacular.
2.  Ocoee Whitewater Center, Route 64, Ducktown, TN.  Pack a cooler and bathing suits and enjoy the awesome water and rocks.
3.  Do not leave without trying Mercier Orchard's apple cinnamon bread - to die for!
4.  Read this guest book -- great ideas and fun reading.

Slesinski Kennesaw, GA Great Cabin!  Great location -- We really enjoyed discovering the restaurants and Ocoee Olympic Whitewater Center.  Favorite restaurants were El Rio (good, basic Tex-Mex), Pat's (home-country cooking), Village BBQ, Iron Horse Grill, Epworth General Store (smoothies and boiled peanuts).  We appreciate the very clean and well-stocked cabin upon arrival.  We'll definitely come back and check out the condo in Florida.
Posey Panama City, FL We had a great time.  It was very relaxing, which we needed.  Rafting on the Ocoee was so much fun.  The cabin was great ... very clean.

I think the back porch was where we spent most of our time while at the cabin. Oh,  if we could afford it we would all go in together and try to buy the cabin from you. Great location nice lot and the cabin was perfect for 2 couples. We had such a good time.  We hated to leave, we wanted to stay forever.
Martin Birmingham, AL Nice way to spend a Birthday weekend!  Loved hiking on the Jacks River Trail in Cohutta, but you'll get wet.  Pat's Family Restaurant in McCaysville is good home cooking.  Walking trail by the house (next to creek) to the pavilion is a nice comfortable walk.  Enjoyed it.
